Where can I have my personalisation?
There are many areas where you can have your personalization – some are shown on the products here. If you require personalisation please let us know where you would like it positioned by telling us in the “Notes” section at the checkout. Otherwise, all layouts are at the discretion of the expert painters. |

Choice of font styles
We use a standard font for all personalization. It would normally be possible to reproduce a specific font, but please contact us by email first with full details before you order. |

Personalisation text
Work out what you would like to have on your product and count up the number of letters / characters. Once you know the number, select the “up to” letters on the pull down menu. |

Wording
Type the personalisation required in the drop down box – Wording – be careful to ensure you spell everything correctly as mistakes cannot be rectified. |

Terms |
On personalised goods no responsibility can be taken by Planet Pink for any mistakes made by the purchaser in ordering their goods. |

Cancellation |
The customer has the right to cancel an order within a reasonable period of time from receiving it. All goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Goods that have been personalised by Planet Pink, at the customer's request, cannot be cancelled. All cancelled goods are returned at the customer's expense. Please notify us before returning goods and we will advise you within one working day of the return address for the product.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
