How do I find things on the site?

 

There are currently 10 categories on the site – named so that you can easily find what you are looking for!

 

 

How do I view departments?

 

Enter the store via the link at the top of the page. You can then either click onto the picture for the section you want or select the relevant section from the list at the right hand side of the page. This will then take you to the department. If the department you have selected has too many great products, you may find sub-departments eg. Home. Simply click on the picture for the department you want.

 

 

How do I view products?

 

When you have selected a department, the products will be displayed with a small picture and short description. Click on the picture / description and it will display a full description. If there is a range of sizes or options for this product, choose the one you want from the drop down menu.

 

 

Where are your products made?

 

We source all of our products from around the world – but they are all supplies by people in the UK to ensure that we only supply you with the highest quality of goods.

 

 

Product availability

 

We try very hard to ensure that we keep as much of our product in stock as possible.

 

If an item is not in stock, we will let you know when we expect to receive it and when we expect to send it to you.

 

There may be times when items need to be ordered from our suppliers – especially for the unique, individual items. We will ensure that these reach you as quickly as possible and that you are updated regularly as to the progress of your order.

 

Due to the nature of all individually designed and made products, full payment must be taken before your item can be made and despatched.

 

 

How will I know that you have received my order?

 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email from us confirming this. Please check your order carefully to ensure that it is correct. You can query the status of your order on store section of the site (there is a link at the top of the page).

 

 

Is it safe to give my credit/debit card details online?

 

We use PayPAL for all payments to ensure that every transaction is 100% secure.

 

 

How do I get an invoice or receipt?

 

Your receipt will be send with your order. If, for whatever reason you do not receive this, please contact us by telephone or email and we will ensure that this is posted to you again separately.

 

 

How will my order be sent?

How do we deliver?

 

We deliver by Royal Mail or courier service to all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. We also deliver overseas – this will incur an additional charge and you should contact us prior to placing your order to confirm charges.

 

 

How will I know when my order has been despatched?

 

You will receive an email from us as soon as your order has been sent from our warehouse and it’s on its way to you!

 

 

Can I send my order to a different address to my billing address?

 

Yes – when you check out, enter the details in the special instructions section and we will ensure that your order is despatched to that address. Your receipt, however, will be posted separately to you.

 

 

What is your refund policy?

Why do you ask for my details in the registration process?

 

This ensures that we have sufficient information to contact you with regards to your order. It also assists you in placing future orders as you simply log onto your account and do not need to re-enter your information.
