We really want you to be delighted with your purchases but understand that, from time to time and especially with internet shopping, you may occasionally purchase things that aren’t quite right

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you return goods to us in their original condition and they reach us within 14 days of the date on the receipt, we will either exchange the goods for other products or issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, less the original delivery costs, whichever you prefer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

How to return an item…….

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you need to return an item to us, firstly call us on 07855 779 656 to let us know. When we speak to you, we will give you a “returns number” which must be included with the item you wish to send back to us.

 

 

 

 

We aim to process all returns as they arrive. However, at busy times, this may take up to 7 days to process.

 

 

 

 

 

 

How to exchange an item…..

 

 

 

 

 

 

If, for some reason, you decide to exchange an item, firstly call us on 07855 779 656 or email us on info@planet-pink.co.uk (mark your email “exchange”).

 

 

 

 

We will then give you an “exchange number” which must be included with the item that you wish to send back to us.

 

 

 

 

Unfortunately we are unable to despatch the new product until the old one is

received by our warehouse.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Please note that when returning an item, it is your responsibility until it reaches us. We therefore strongly recommend that you send it Registered Post.

 

 

 

 

 

Don’t forget that refunds can only be given to the original purchaser. So if you decide to refund a gift, this will go to the payer (and they will know!)
