We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days – subject to availability of products ordered.

 

 

 

 

If delivery within 7 working days is not possible, we will contact you within 48 hours of your order to let you know. Please make sure that your email address is correctly entered when you place your order.

 

 

 

 

All orders are sent Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. This means that you will need to sign for the delivery. So, if you may not be home (or don’t fancy a trip to your local Post Office to collect your parcel), please give us an alternative delivery address such as your place of work or somewhere that the Postman can obtain a signature

 

 

 

 

With Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery this does mean that orders can be tracked and traced should Royal Mail have issues with the delivery. We do hope that this won’t be the case – so ensure that you give us your correct address. If it is difficult to find, maybe include some further information with your order to assist the Postman in finding

 

 

 

 

Some of the products that we sell may not be held in stock. We will let you know by email if this is the case but do not worry – we will still get your order to you – it may just take a little longer. We will email you with an anticipated despatch and delivery date.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Buying a gift for someone else…..?

 

 

 

 

 

 

Request our gift wrapping service. For an additional £2.95 we will wrap your gift in our exclusive pink wrapping – and even include a ribbon and bow – and send it to a specific address. The cost of this also includes a gift card and special message – simply include your message in the special information section of your order

 

 

 

 

Even if you don’t request special gift wrap, we can still ship your present for you. Don’t worry – we will also include a card to say who it is from (so you get the credit for the amazing gift you have bought them!). Whilst the order will go to the specified delivery address, the receipt will come to you. Remember to specify this is a gift when you order.

Please note that Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery is not a guaranteed delivery or next day service. If your order is urgent, or you simply want to ensure it gets to you, opt for our “Pink” service. Please note that an extra charge is made for this service.

 

 

 

 

 

Pink Pronto Delivery…..

 

 

 

 

 

This our guaranteed delivery service. Provided your order is placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday and is in stock at our warehouse, we will guarantee delivery within 24 hours of despatch (only available to Mainland UK – for deliveries further afield, please contact Planet Pink on 07855 779 656 or info@planet-pink.co.uk).

 

If, for whatever reason, our courier does not attempt to deliver your order within 24 hours, we will refund the difference between “Pink” pronto delivery and standard delivery charges.
